If you or a family member requires an interpreter, please let us know when making your appointment, and we will happily organize this for you. We kindly ask that you notify our reception staff if you no longer require an appointment.

To maintain the highest standards of practice, we require appointments for all requests for prescriptions and referrals. It is not possible to obtain repeat prescriptions over the phone, and referrals cannot be backdated. Our doctors will advise you on when to expect the results of any tests, and you can speak with our receptionist to book a follow-up appointment if necessary.

With your permission, we may include you in our reminder system, which will notify you of preventive health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system, please inform our doctor or staff.
