"Westend realestate had no interest in caring or maintaining our asset. Poor management of the property was only discovered when tenants exited. Property required thousands of dollars in routine maintenance that would've been completed if notified. Property Manager had poor organisation and communication skills and lied on exit inspections. Westend realestate has cost me large amounts of rental income and a large amount in repairs and maintenance DO NOT RECOMMEND. Only now having an agency that cares about our asset , do i realise what we were missing."

"Possibly the worst real estate, I dont even want to give one star. The most appalling customer service and the way Rosa (the owner) treats her the renters is disgusting. Rented a new property and signed lease agreement for 12 months (mind you we were not told the landlord lived next door and would come unannounced to the property a few times a week and put their head over the fence). We agreed to re sign for 6 months however was pushed to sign for another 12, signed for another 12 and then 48 hours later contacted west end and landlord to inform we can no longer agree and will need to move out due to our own build. Was told this is fine however fees would apply and we were fine with this. Moved out early to allow the landlords and west end to take people through the property with no belongings in the property and to rectify any small wear and tear. a small scratch on the wall downstairs and 2 photos on the wall was the only wear and tear on the property. My husband and another friend who one is a builder and another in construction patched the holes and re painted a wall the landlord wanted painted. spent over 700 dollars on paint and rectifying the house however was still not up to west ends standard even though the property was returned perfectly clean as well as going above and beyond to ensure any wear and tear was not noticeable. Actually had another owner of another real estate view this and another 2 friends in real estate who handles rentals and advised it was absolutely fine and we have gone above and beyond. We also had a weekly cleaner for 12 months of living in the property, no parties, absolutely nothing to cause damage other than having a 3 year old, like the rest of the world...... west end kept pushing for us to pay more money and take money out of our bond to repaint all downstairs as well as further wear and tear, no evidence provided, disputed this with rosa via email multiple times and she completely ignored our emails, the office ignored our emails and then they deducted further funds out of our bond, again no receipts or evidence was provided. They also increased the rent well above what we were paying when they put it back on the market to take over our lease term which is actually illegal, they ignored that email of course, knocked back multiple applications for the higher amount all whilst we were still paying the rent. Requested us to order new oven trays as this must have been thrown out in the move, agreed to this and purchased them brand new however did not deliver them immediately as rosa had not replied to any of our emails sharing our views on the above matters and took out funds we did not approve. We had a family member bring in the oven trays dated 14/5/23 to west end where rosa then decided to continue with her appalling attitude and behaviour, followed by insulting me, to the family member. The owner is extremely rude, unprofessional, insulting and I am absolutely gobsmacked that she manages her business this way, treating customers this way. I am a business owner of multiple businesses and I would never speak to my clients or treat them this way. I have held back on posting this review as I do not want to ruin ones business however decided today to post this with the way this has been handled, the insult, the appalling behaviour and the way west end treats their clients. You should honestly be ashamed at how you treat and speak to people and need a lesson on how to treat clients within your business."

We moved to another property that was managed by Marie at West End who we were very sad to lose when we moved out. Very professional and kind, we felt that she was genuinely invested in us as a couple. Strongly recommend renting with this group of wonderful people and we miss them already!"
