When it comes to the logistics of your stay, we have you covered. Check-in is at 14:00, and check-out is at 11:00, allowing you ample time to settle in and make the most of your stay. Please note that our maximum occupancy is for two people, and we regretfully cannot accommodate extra beds. We kindly ask that you respect this policy, as we reserve the right to cancel bookings that exceed our maximum occupancy.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we have a strict no-pets policy. We also allow smoking in some of our open-air areas, providing a designated space for those who wish to indulge. Please be mindful of our other guests and follow the designated smoking areas.

Parking is available on-site and free of charge when you book directly with us. We understand that convenience is key, and we strive to make your stay as hassle-free as possible.

To secure your booking, we require a deposit equal to the full amount. This deposit will be refunded according to our cancellation conditions. We accept payment via Direct Deposit or Visa and Mastercard, with a charge of 1.75%. International cards will incur a 3% charge.

In the event of a cancellation, please note our policies. If a booking is cancelled less than 10 days before arrival, a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. For cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival, a charge of AUD 150.00 admin fee will be applied. In the unfortunate event of a no-show or booking reduction after the arrival date, the full cost of the booking will be charged.
