Too lazy to cut 1 1m piece of rubber that would have taken 1 minute with a Stanley knife, initially said they couldn't then said they could with a Stanley, the time spent making excuses initially as to why the owner couldn't cut it they could have done it. They just didn't want to do it 10 minutes before closing time. Apparently stores going to new owners. Probably a good thing."
