"ownership has changed recently which explains why the high rating no longer reflects the truth. can’t believe how horrific this whole experience was … parts were taking ages to come for a rego change i needed which is totally understandable if that was the only problem. however, the owner would leave me in the dark for a week at a time, with terrible communication full knowing that this was my only vehicle! all up my car was here for 5 weeks straight with the process still incomplete. they also put ROAD TYRES on my 4WD, incorrectly installed a seatbelt AND a speedo cable (making it worse than it was to start with) and were completely incompetent in so many ways. he also tried to convince me i shouldn’t use my ute as my daily and told me to buy a runabout as a way to bypass his own errors and put it on me!!! i took the car to another brilliant mechanic (la macchina) who sorted everything in a week … would absolutely never recommend anyone to use this mechanic. to top it all off, when i finally went to take my car back as it had been so long, the owner wouldn’t even come and talk to me even though i could hear him in the staff room and wouldn’t answer my calls or texts. the only redeeming factor was the other staff members who were lovely."
