"Withdrew cash using the service of the guy manning the customer assistance area (not sure what its called) 26 of August at about 9:05am. Absolutely ugly attitude with service. Showed great disinterest in performing his job and providing service to a customer. I simply asked for smaller bills and without a word, he took the ones I had and shook his head in disgust like I demanded something so great. Who's hiring such a person?"
"I wouldn't bother with click and collect; thought it was suppose to be quicker and more convenient. This coles really struggles with it. I've been to a few others around Hobart and this is the worst for wait times"
"Rude rude and rude . No customer service skills. No product knowledge. Robots R Us ! Forever running into customers with their stupid huge stock trolly crates. They don't even look. They don't apologies. They just glare at you or just ignore you. The place is do freezing I have to wear a scarf and mask all year round just to be able to breathe the frozen air in there is unbearable. It's a necessary evel to have to go there . And it only gets worse."
