First time bought shoes from them and stiching is coming apart within 3 to 4 months of purchase and when shown to stafffor exchange they called it simply wear and tear. How do u call it wear and tears when u can see stiching is coming apart. Also, staff was so rude to tell me to take shoes to another store for assessment. When I bought it at your store what is the purpose of taking them to another store in Hobart? And then she said make a complain online then why did we pay you in the first place? A big No no to them again in the whole life. Will not recommend to my enemy even. They do not care about customers. They believe in one time sale. My first experience with them and very disappointed."
