"This is one of the worst hungry jacks, I don't know why I gave it a second chance after a negative first experience. Burger was cold, service was cold, chips were half empty and Slurpee spider had a tiny dab of ice cream. I complained and the person said 'that's how it is'..... Been to 2 other locations since and NO it's not how it is. Go to Figtree instead they are much better!"
"The dining area are so dirty and most table are unclean. Staff are not even busy, they should arrange staff to clean the tables regularly , there was no customer anyway. Also the burger was wet in the wrap , taste soggy ! It was hard to find a table that is clean , didn’t want to stay there for long."
"This was my first meal ever at Hungry jacks. Firstly they messed up my order then when I asked them to fix it this is what I got back. It's absolutely PATHETIC!!! What happened to the burgers are better ???? I'm never going to eat at a hungry jacks again. Waste of time and money"
"I don't like to give negative reviews, so in that regard, the fries were nice (although only half full, but that's where it ends. Contributing to my 1 star experience is that the last time I 'tried' to eat here (about 2 months ago) I walked out after waiting for 5 minutes of not even being acknowledged with only 1 person in the line in front of me whom was also still waiting to order. Today however, I was served quickly, but will let the photo tell the story. This is supposed to be a Double Whopper with cheese."
