"attended today with my daughter for her usual mug of milk chocolate and the different crew failed to listen to the order and brought out a mug of scalding hot chocolate. from being a great fan of the place we will now only come here when these staff are no on duty ... disappointing"
"I came to have a coffee and hot milk with my wife, but they tell us that the coffee machine is closed, today Friday 26/05 they close at 9:00 p.m., it is still 8:30 a.m. but they still did not sell us the coffee, we sat to wait for our order and they give us everything to take away when we told them that it was to have at the premises and the answer was at this time we don't wash dishes so nothing is sold to serve here. This is very annoying, since I don't like disposable services and the idea was to spend a pleasant time in the place. plus the tables were dirty, staff today clearly not the best."
"I visited Oliver Brown Gungahlin today (20 March 2023) and I am very impressed with the staff. They are very friendly, polite and professional. This is my favourite coffeeshop in the area. Customer service (as well as coffee & food :) is excellent). I will definitely come back due to today's experience and previous interactions and experience in this coffee shop."
