"As a first-time mum, I was so incredibly nervous about daycare, and I‘m so happy I sent my bub to Goodstart Braddon. The team could not have been more patient, kind and understanding through the whole process. The educators are so dedicated to the kids and helping them grow and develop, and you can tell they really love what they do. They also work hard to keep the babies to their own schedule - they don’t try and force them into a collective schedule. The centre manager really goes above the call of duty all the time, and the centre has a really beautiful community feel. Bub loves going to daycare!"

"Our child has been attending this centre for about 6 months in the nursery. As first time parents with no previous experience with childcare centres, we went off the recommendation of friends who had sent their kids here and spoke very highly of it. We're so glad we picked this centre. Our child has adjusted well to the nursery and loves attending each day. He clearly feels attached to and secure with his educators, and has a particularly strong relationship with his key educator (each child has a key educator in the nursery). We receive feedback each day, both using an app and informally at pick up or drop off, and it is clear that his educators observe him closely and know him well - when reporting on his likes and dislikes, habits and everyday little developmental milestones, they report on the same things we notice at home, and also alert us to new things that we might not see at home (for example his social skills with other children). The educators are professional and caring. They plan new and interesting activities for the children each day to support their learning, which our child seems to love. Children have the opportunity to play outside everyday. There has been no staff turnover in the room during our time there, which suggests to us that the centre and room are well run and the educators enjoy working there. It seems like the educators ensure good hygiene protocols are followed in the room because our child has not been sick often and, when a child in the room (or even the centre more broadly) does have an illness, it is proactively managed by the centre with alerts going out to parents with symptoms to watch out for etc, and seems to be nipped in the bud early. Whenever we go into the room the children seem happy, things seem under control and if there are occasionally tears, the educators are quick with the cuddles. We feel confident that when we leave our child there for the day he will be cared for, nurtured and supported. The centre manager, Krystle, is clearly passionate about what she does, seems to know all the kids and parents in the centre and puts on a lot of activities to build a community feel. We've always found her responsive to our questions and accommodating of our requests, and happy to do what she can to support our family. Thank you to the nursery team, room leader and centre manager for looking after our son so well - we appreciate the work that you do."

"We have been Goodstart fans since 2016. We have moved to Braddon site when Turner was closed. Our son transitioned together with few other children and 2 lovely educators Promila and Farhat. Since then, my son has gained more dedicated and hands on educators. As a thriving family with no extended relatives around, the educators in Goodstart delivered top notch care to our son like family. He loves going to daycare. We love the place too much my husband decided to work there too. ☺️ All cheers to all educators in Goodstart Braddon for setting the bar in child care."

"We have had our children at Goodstart Braddon for a bit over a year now and we love this centre. The educators are so caring and genuinely respect children and love helping them to grow and explore and become their best selves. We get great feedback each day about what our children have been up to. Each day they think of new activities including science experiments, emotional regulation, gardening, dancing, pyjama days and connection to country activities and stories. They listen to the children and build of topics the children show interest in. They also work really hard to create a community and connect families to the centre including Christmas parties, grandparent days, Mother’s Day afternoon teas and charity events."
