From the poor greeting to the barber's lack of hygiene, refusal to follow instructions, and subpar haircut, I was thoroughly disappointed. I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment and seek out a more competent and customer-oriented salon."
"The haircut was nice. And I got what I asked for. But it was too painful. When the barber was running the clipper blades across my head, he was very very rough. He was supposed to pull down my ears while doing the hair around that part, but he did not. My ears were red due to continuous rubbing of the trimmer in my ear. My scalp is so painful right now as I am writing this review. I know it was a busy day, but please be mindful of the customers."
"So trash, I just went in and told him not to cut much but he cut the whole length off. Asked for a fade man didn’t fade at all. Terrible and it ended up looking so bad and still made me pay $35. Terrible service and was extremely rushed. It was the slim man with the beard. Highly don’t recommend at all improve your service and cut better, all amateurs here."
"I got my hair cut by the heavier gentleman with the tattoos and beard. My presence and request for a haircut had noticeably inconvenienced him, as it looked like he'd rather remain seated watching videos on his phone. I asked for a skin fade and instead he basically shaved the back and sides off completely. He's extremely rude and clearly just wanted to get it over and done with so that he could get back to what he was doing. When we were done, he took off my apron and told me as much. No mirror for me to check the back of my head, no offer of any hair product. This guy just simply isn't interested in being there. I can't remember a time where I was met with such poor customer service before. Absolutely terrible!"
"They honestly don’t know how to take instructions, asked for a fade cut and they shaved off all my hair on the side and back made me. Never regretted going to a salon more than this. Probably have got such a high rating because they asked all the people to give this store a 5 star rating. Would’ve given a zero if it was possible, never going back."
