"The review by the below poster Sujan Bhattarai is totally incorrect. I was in the store at the time and the customer who Jessica served was extremely rude. They did infact bend the post of the earring They argued and stared to get frustrated with Jessica who remained professional and calm under the customers anger. Rightly so, the customer damaged the earring and should pay for it. Their comment is completely false and disrespectful to Jessica. I don't understand how they can leave a review that is totally false and try to damage Jessica's reputation who has assisted me before. The customer even goes as far in saying they believe in writing an honest review when it is totally false and flat out incorrect. They should be ashamed of this These types of reviews left by disgruntled customers who try to pin blame on others when they are infact the ones who cause the damage in the first place are down right ridiculous. Prouds Gunghalin is a fantastic store and the experience has always been top tier. Do not listen to angry customers who try to cheat the system only to be found out then post a review that is completely false."

"I am writing this review to share my disappointing experience at Prouds Store. My wife and I visited the store recently to purchase some earpieces, and unfortunately, we were served by an associate named Jessica, who left us feeling extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided. Upon entering the store, we asked one of the team member Jessica to show us a specific earpiece that caught our attention. She unlocked the item for us to inspect, and upon examination, I expressed my concern about the lock mechanism being vulnerable and not functioning properly, which could potentially lead to it being easily unlocked and lost while wearing it in public. To our surprise, Jessica completely disregarded our observations and instead accused us of causing damage to the earpiece. Despite our attempts to demonstrate that it was locking securely, she remained dismissive and insisted that we were responsible for the damage. Feeling pressured and not wanting to create a scene in the store, we reluctantly decided to purchase the earpiece, even though we were not satisfied with it. It was an unpleasant experience that left a sour taste in our mouths. I believe in providing honest feedback to help improve customer experiences, and this particular encounter with Jessica was far from the level of service I would expect from a reputable store. Her unprofessional conduct and unwillingness to listen to our concerns were unacceptable. I sincerely hope that Prouds Store takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue appropriately. As customers, we should not be treated in such a manner when seeking assistance and making purchases. Overall, I am disappointed in the service provided by Jessica, and I urge other customers to be cautious when dealing with her. I hope that Prouds Store takes the necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future and ensures that their customers are treated with the respect they deserve. NOT A RECOMMENDED STORE BY ME AS PER MY EXPERIENCE - MAY BE OTHER STORES ARE BETTER THAN THIS"

"I was in a few days ago to look at ring and was served by Crystal. Can't fault her customer service, probably one of the best I had in jewellery stores. Did I buy that ring that day, No but I did come back to that store and bought that ring that Crystal shown me. Very friendly, good conversation, very knowledgeable. She was there when I bought the ring but was served by another lovely sales staff member"

"Unfortunately, Google doesn't allow you to give 0 stars. I'd give minus if I could. Appalling service and treatment of customers. The worst I've experienced in over 30 years. Staff are rude, ignorant and overall disinterested. With the vast amount of jewellery stores in Canberra, I highly suggest you go anywhere else. With a global recession imminent, i'm amazed to see a small retail store be so callous towards retail customers."
