"As can happen anywhere there was a glitch early in our stay early in May. The two senior managers attended our room and completely resolved the issue. They were professional, friendly and very helpful. It is how one deals with problematic situations that decides how big or little a problem is. 10/10 for the senior staff here and how their addressing of an issue made my holiday better and now I’ll recommend Pinnacle to everyone!"
"I believe this is the only accommodation in Canberra that has the ability to house 8 people in one apartment. The bedrooms aren't exactly the most spacious in the world, and everyone will hear all conversations, but if being together is key, this is the place to go. Parking is an outright ***** though as the secure car park has some of the narrowest spaces you'll ever find anywhere and of course all guests are driving the biggest cars available on the market. Convince wise this place is amazing. Shopping complex and restaurants within walking distance as well as 3 bars. 3 cafes open for breakfast from 6/7 onwards. Air con in each room so everyone can do their own thing. Showers are exceptional! Wi-fi is top notch. Just be aware some apartments are up 2 flights of stairs so if you are mobility affected you'll need to make sure they have you downstairs."
"I stayed here last night and the rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a good price, while being within walking distance to parliament house. My only grievance with the rooms is that there's only a small aircon in the main living area no where near the bedrooms and no fans in the bedrooms, which is annoying because I'm a very hot sleeper. But that's only a minor issue. The service was excellent, Nathan and Adam were both very helpful and I highly recommend staying here."
"I booked these apartments for a family getaway weekend We all loved the spacious apartment, plenty of rooms and beds for six of us. Plenty of amenities. The staff are lovely and the complex itself has a pool and plenty of social areas with tables. Parking available. Everything in Canberra is reasonably close by drive."
"Check-in was very easy. Our room was comfortable but a little dated. The second bedroom was small for two people. The bathroom did need a bit of extra attention. Walking distance to restaurants was a plus."
