Our skilled Workplace Assessors collect evidence of your skills and knowledge against the Units of Competency. This evidence can take various forms, such as work samples, completed workbooks, observation, written confirmation from your supervisor, resumes, and more. The outcome of the assessment will result in either a 'Competent' or 'Not Yet Competent' designation.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is another avenue for individuals to gain official recognition for their existing skills and knowledge. If you have previous experience that aligns with the qualifications we offer, RPL may reduce the amount of formal training required to complete your qualification.
As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Diverse Training Concepts meets the criteria defined in the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF). We undergo regular audits to ensure that we maintain our high standards.
