"The staff couldn’t get our order correctly twice. My partner went there second time by himself. The staff couldn’t understand at all."
"Went yesterday and asked if they had matcha latte the girl turned around and started putting the order in, my friend then ordered a jasmine tea we waited for about 10 minutes then we’re given two drinks that were completely incorrect. My drink wasn’t green so I asked if this was matcha she said they didn’t have matcha. Then my friend asked why hers was a milk tea when she just asked for a jasmine tea never mentioned milk. We just asked for a refund rather than getting fresh drinks, another male staff member comes to the front and starts screaming and abusing us telling us to check the menu before we order. So I started screaming and abusing him right back - the guy was swearing at us and getting super aggressive and so was I at this point. I thought we were gonna get in a punch on. So moral of the story is if they didn’t catch your order properly, they are happy to just put through and order for what you think they said and then try to fight you when you question it and ask for a refund."
"There are only a few pearls in a large cup of pearl milk tea, and it took a female clerk 15 minutes to make two cups of milk tea. When there is no other person in line, the tea of milk tea is inferior black tea. This is a very bad experience, and I will not go there again"
