"Just been to Burleigh Tiles. Didn't send much and wasn't there long. Did have a telephone conversation with Yvette beforehand. Met Nicole behind the counter and a chap in the stores whose name I didn't catch, but in every respect they made it probably the best shopping experience I've had in years. I wish I had more tiling to do so I could go back. They were warm, friendly, willing, charming in every respect. I've no idea whether the prices were good; I'd go back even if they weren't (and I suspect they'd have to be competitive, anyway). Surely the whole business must be like that? You couldn't be that happy working somewhere that wasn't. Thanks heaps Burleigh Tiles."
