"Best hidden gem this mitre 10. Love the way they advertise specials on Gumtree and they are mad keen to give you wicked quotes. These guys have saved me twice now with being able to source small amounts of products that the major competitors can’t or won’t get in for you without upping your quantity. SS decking screws are so cheap through this mob you would kick yourself if you were buying them from Bunnings. Also, you can pull in here and park without the crowds"

"I got my order delivered and I`m absolutely outraged. I got a call from your driver saying he already finished and he is taking off.I looked out of the window and told him to wait as he put the timber at my neighbour`s driveway, he said noone told him and hang up the phone.I ran out and tried to talk to him but he didnt stop, looked at me and yelled "its all done" and took off. Is this how you treat your customers? I just spent almost 4K at your store and your stupid driver puts the timber at my neighbour's driveway?! Why didnt he call me before he started packing????? Why did he took off when I tried to talk to him?! Who will move the timber to my driveway? I sent you guys an email about this 4 days ago and I haven`t received any response. Very disappointing! Update 10 months later: still no response, or apology or anything..."

"Short version, Sam is fantastic, the older manager is a tool. Brought some sleepers today and Sam helped us (myself, teenage daughter and a 85 yo grandfather) choose some sleepers and helped us load the sleepers to our roof rack and help tied them down. Best customer service and the only reason why we shop here instead of the two giant green monsters competitors near by. Older Manger (Father ?) comes out a couple of times and checks what (why) poor Sam is doing and eventually comes out and demands that I come in to pay for the sleepers AND that (poor) Sam should not be helping us tie down the load as it was an insurance/ liability issue. He (Sam) SHOULD NOT of helped us tie down the load. He was very vocal and adamant of this opinion. Ignoring that his concerns for public liability is erroneous at best, I thought it was reasonably short sighted of him to berate Sam for 1) excellent customer service and 2) load was 99% tied down anyway so having a tantrum in front of customers served no purpose. If anything, having a tantrum and expressing his concerns regarding his public liability AND then letting us drive out the car park made his position and liability exponentially worse. We'll continue to shop here as we have been for decades (even when they were a tiny shop in a car park around the corner) but felt a public safety notice for customers was warranted. As others have noted in other reviews across multiple social medial sites. Customer service from Staff is top notch and highly recommended. Just beware the biggest tool in the shed."
