"Disappointed with bbk, we had a list of fittings and fixtures set out by our architect. Some were very expensive so we entrusted bbk to find cheaper but very similar alternatives if they could. Bbk was given dimension of the baths the baths didn’t fit the dimension they were far too shallow and worse they were almost twice the cost of the original planned baths which they didn’t have rights to supply. They would not return the baths as they said the supplier wasn’t happy with the return packaging. To add their displays in the shop seem dated and items seem inferior we will be swapping items out of our house as soon as we can."
