AQUA is renowned for its award-winning restaurants and creative coffee options, ensuring that even the most discerning palate will be satisfied. The architecture of our building is truly striking, providing all residents with breathtaking views of the Broadwater. Each apartment boasts a bird's eye perspective, allowing for stunning sunrises to be enjoyed every day.

One of the greatest advantages of AQUA is its proximity to the fantastic Broadwater. With this natural wonder right on our doorstep, residents have access to waterfront pedestrian walkways that stretch along Marine Parade. The Gold Coast Broadwater is a vast estuary of water that spans from Southport to the southern section of the World Heritage listed Moreton Bay, gracing the eastern coast of Australia with its beauty.

AQUA overlooks the southern entrance to the Broadwater, a 19-kilometer connection between the Nerang River and the Pacific Ocean. The views from our institution include the magnificent Wavebreak Island and the Spit, providing residents with unparalleled natural beauty.

In the late 19th century, the entrance of the Nerang River was located at Main Beach. However, it has since shifted approximately 6 kilometers northwards. To stabilize the river entrance, the Gold Coast Seaway was completed in 1986. This engineering marvel ensures the safety and stability of the area.

Towards the northern end of the Broadwater, the Pimpama River merges, enhancing the diversity of marine life found in this vast waterway. AQUA residents are privileged to have access to an exclusive executive residents lounge, where they can relax and socialize in style.

Our institution also offers a fully air-conditioned wet wine bar with lockable storage lockers, allowing residents to indulge in their love for fine wines. Additionally, an undercover Teppanyaki Barbeque can be found in our serene Zen garden, complete with a beautiful water/pond feature. These unique amenities create a tranquil atmosphere for residents to enjoy.

For entertainment, AQUA provides a range of novels and DVDs available to all residents. Furthermore, a full-size pool table, complete with cues, is at their disposal for friendly competitions and leisurely games.

To ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our establishment, the windows are cleaned three times a year, in April, August, and December, depending on weather conditions. Additionally, regular committee meetings are held, with the next one scheduled for July 28th, 2023.
