"Have been going here for a long time . Dr. Scullion is a very thorough very compassionate Doctor. She has seen me through some very difficult times. Dr. G is also a very good Doctor. As for the receptionist I read that she isn’t as good as the last one……….,..Sue was an excellent receptionist BUT we all work differently June is very efficient and whenever I need something sorting she’s on it ! So I can highly recommend this practice."

"This has been my local family doctors surgery since forever and Dr. G is amazing. however nowadays the surgery has gone down hill since the old Receptionist Sue has left. Sue was Amazing and always showed compassion going above and beyond to help us out. Since she has left the new Receptionist has been quite the opposite. I have gone in on multiple occasions to pick up scripts and the like in person after work 5-10 minutes before closing. knocked on the door and nobody answers. We have waited outside in our cars multiple times and noticed the receptions leaving the the surgery at closing on on the dot. absolutely ridiculous as it doesn't take 10 minutes to pick up a script. On other occasions we have called after work to book appointments 15 minutes before closing and the phone is already on Automated voicemail. What is the point of stating a closing time if you're closing up shop 15 minutes early. Very unsatisfied and not happy with the service recently and considering moving to a different practice."

"The reception staff have very little compassion, empathy or customer service for their clients. I went in with 2 little kids who started crying. I wanted to make an appointment for the next week and was told I had to fill in the forms before I could book (at any other doctors I have done this at the appointment, or online). So I had to do 2 forms with 2 screaming kids before they would book them in. I also ended up having to feed my baby in the middle of it. The staff weren’t helpful or friendly, and wouldn’t give me an email address to scan them to. I ended up canceling my appointment and went else where. I can’t be bothered with such rude and unempatheic service. I now go to willetton family practice near south lands and they are lovely."

"Dr. G is undoubtedly one of the most thorough medical practitioners I have encountered now having been a patient of his for approx. 20 years. I have had several specialist make comment on how detailed my extensive medical records are. Dr. G has always ensured I receive regular referrals for blood works monitoring key health indicators. He has always been professional, friendly and informative. He has given sound advice and always takes the time to ensure any concerns are addressed. The staff at the medical practise are extremely professional and friendly with Pam and June showing outstanding customer service and care."
