"I have met Dr Paran Sitaparan for my issue and when I had appointment there was an internship from Curtin and he took the detailed notes and even I checked the internship wrote what was my exact issue Later Dr Paran took over and tested physically and suggested MRI which will cost a big money & don't cover any Medicare but will give detailed picture . I agreed and book an appointment, went to MRI which charged me $345AUD but in the MRI hall the people told me for what part they are going to do MRI, which is completely different part to my issue. I had no choice to come out of MRI so had to go through................ The reception from Willetton practice sent a message I got my results, so I booked in a phone appointment and in the conversation I asked the doctor didn't we misled with the issue and Dr Paran was so aggressive to hear that and he was saying I can't dictate him and if I want can go to different doctors , I was so shocked when he behaved like this when he is a doctor. He didn't even want to read out my previous notes and was so aggressive to talk to me to cover his mistake. Patients have issues that doesn't mean they should be dumb and shouldn't be asking nay questions I noticed he is one way and if patients want to follow his directions blindly without asking any questions can go to him I am ready to give my contacts if any detailed info wanted on my issue I have wasted so much of money & time by taking off from work and attending to all these as per direction I don't recommend any one visiting Dr Paran"

"I had an urgent appointment on a Sunday - the receptionist was delightful, friendly, and professional. They were accommodating, even when I was running late. The doc was also efficient and friendly. In general, a great experience. Thank you!"

"I had an appointment around 5pm with Dr.Lee so as usual arrived 10 minutes early. We had to wait 1hour to see the Dr which very unusual compare to other places while my partner was fasting and had to break his fast exactly 6pm. We waited patiently and see the Doc around 6. She examined me and explained everything and our fees was 65$ but when my husband went to pay receptionist charged him 1005$ and said you took to much time of the Doc. She forced us to pay more.Then today I called again regarding my ultrasound paper bcz I realised doc forgot to give me one. Receptionist girl said she will email me but she didn’t I waited hour while I already booked my appointment for ultrasound. So I called again and she was so rude and yelled over the phone like why I didn’t check yesterday and why I didn’t my emergency doc for ultrasound paper. Really bad experience ..:( Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there. Receptionist is not a professional women she must learn how to communicate respectfully with the patients."

"Extremely unprofessional practice. Both the reception staff and the doctor I saw (Dr Kaitharath). Rude and incompetent with no bedside manner. Felt as though the doctor was purposefully avoiding asking me for the reason I booked my appointment so she could charge me for a longer consult. Did not listen to me and did not take me seriously. Would not recommend this practice to anyone."
