I had my W203 steering, parking brake fixed for a reasonable cost, and a complimentary bulb replacement on 1 of the plate no. lights. "This is my first google review. I wanted to thank Sarmad for his outstanding service and going above and beyond for a new customer such as myself. I was scammed by a dealership service centre and Sarmad helped me document and provide evidence to back my case which he did not have to do. He was happy to repair my car at short notice despite being extremely busy himself. While repairing my car he explained what he was doing and why I needed a particular part. They service the car in front of you and you can see everything they are doing. This adds an element of trust I have not seen from other larger centres.
