"Absolutely wonderful friendly staff. Reception area clean and tidy. My issue what is the point in having a booking system to say what is your preferred time slot. Book in for 07:30 and 3 hours later still sitting here. I don’t mind waiting and understand that different services take longer than others but when you are travelling from north of the river and arrive here before they open and other customers come in after you and have their vehicle serviced before you you are left with a feeling of what is happening here. Also do not upsell extras. If I wanted an engine flush or a wheel alignment I would say so in my original booking."
"Still waiting since June 28th for a customer service person to contact us regarding the worst service experience. Disorganised, unprofessional and couldn’t give a damn about your complaints. Buying the car was easy, the servicing has proven to be the opposite. Don’t give them your business. Interesting you were able to leave him a voice message as he doesn’t use voicemail and today after this review you make contact by email. Regardless of any contact after the fact, our review reflects the appalling service experience which was explained in detail on the day."
