"Rough workmanship!! If not insurance work, will not come here. They will make your car with more new scratches, damaging your car trimming, and the car will be dirty like just picked up from the river. However, service was fantastic and good patience for my complaints. If you want to keep your car like spotless, unfortunately, this is not the place you are looking for. Oh yeh, they will turn off all your cameras, even those support safety feature ones. 5 stars for the service, 0 star for workmanship."

"DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE! REPEAT DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE. GO ELSEWHERE. THE SPARE PARTS THEY USE ARE AFTER MARKET OR REPAIRED PARTS. NOT ORIGINAL. EVEN IF YOU ARE AAMI CUSTOMER, THEY HAVE A CORRUPTED RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE INSURANCE COMPANY. CHANGE INSURANCE TO RAC AND GO ELSEWHERE. I brought my brand new $42000 Camry here to replace the damaged doors. My car was having very loud wind noise and it ruined the vehicle. Drove an hour back and forth per trip to bring the car back like 10 times to repair, all they did was minor corrections each time, did not fixed the door. One of them (the bald guy) even threatened to contact the insurance. Now I know what it means, It meant they are working together to insurance to get away with fitting broken doors to customer's cars to maximise they're profit. AAMI insurance was not professional, kept coming up with excuses to delay the refixing process and lied to push the blame on other workshops as a cover up. Very disappointed to find out unprofessional conduct exist in Australia and felt sorry for the people who scam for a living. THEY WILL PROBABLY COMMENT ON THIS TO SAY SOMEONE WILL KEEP IN TOUCH WITH ME. DONT LISTEN TO THEM. JUST WATCH.."

"Avoid Avoid Avoid at all costs. Can I give them zero stars? Even that would be too many for this group of amateurs. After 2 weeks in the shop my vehicle had to be taken back twice more and even then it wasn’t completed. Overspray on wheels, body panels not lining up, insulation not reinstalled, screws rattling around when corners, missing screws. Gross incompetence…."

"Same review I gave the Osborne Park branch because both looked at the car. Very happy. I was annoyed that I didn't have a choice of repairer, and really wanted to go elsewhere, especially as these guys were closed over Christmas so I had to wait nearly a month (stupid cheap insurance). In the end the customer service was great, free Uber to and from, and the repair job is perfect (which was the main thing I cared about). They had to send my car from Osborne Park to the Welshpool branch but got me Uber there to collect and the repair is flawless so I'm very happy."
