Crust Pizza Kelmscott

"The indian guy with the audi a6 told me don't worry about the receipt I'll bring the pizza out to your car should be ready in 5min after 10min he came out without my pizza an drove off...after 20min I went in to take my cold pizza.."

"To the poor owner of this franchise dont take this to heart, its more of an issue with the entire company rather than an issue with the food you sent me. If that at all makes sense. You are bound to the franchises options, if they chose poop, you have to serve it. Iv wanted to try crust for years, but could never justify the prices. The other night at a loss of what to eat, I thought... why not finally try crust. Positives, pizza tasty, toppings seem to be of decent quality. But at 29$ a pizza delivered...... yeah no beuno. I expect something particularly special for 29$ Negatives, the side dishes..... what a mistake. 1. Ceaser salad should never be made with a lettuce mix. Cos lettuce is the only lettuce for it. The snap, the water content. It's very very important. The croutons which tasted like dried crusty garlic bread left overs.... not a fan. Sauce, meh. Overall, very unexciting and underwhelming option... 2. The carbonara. Bacon raw, mushrooms dry, sauce...... flavourless. I'll forgive a restaurant for not making a traditional carbonara, but its beyond a joke for the price you charge that you would serve a lump of flavourless yuck. You don't even use the right bacon, I don't expect the fancy shmancy cured meats... but at least use a fatty bacon, not a shortcut. May as well slap deli ham in some pond water and mix with pasta. Ill stick to my local none franchised pizza restaurants in the future."

"This pizza is always Crisp, the topping are just right. It doesnt make you feel heavy and sock afterwards. Its a little pricey for the size but would much rather pay for a nicer pizza. You can hold the slice and it stay firm."

"Crust used to be a favourite take out for us but the quality has dropped at this store so much lately. Tonight was the third time in a row the pizzas have been below average. Both pizzas had about half the amount of topping on them that you would expect from a premium pizza outlet. Both of them were dry and the ingredients just didn’t taste fresh. I don’t think we’ll be going back, which is a shame because I’ve had some good pizzas in the past but they are just not up to standard anymore and don’t seem to care too much about it to change"

"We've been ordering from Crust Kelmscott since 2017 and they've been fantastic the entire time. I custom order different pizzas and modify them, they get it right the vast majority of the time. When they make a rare mistake, they happily set it right. The wait time can be long on busy nights, but it's worth it. The pizzas always arrive hot and delicious. Of all the places I've ordered pizzas from over the years, this is by far the most reliable and worthwhile place."
