"Very lovely spot. Honestly the best thing about this place is the atmosphere. Relaxing, casual, serene and beautiful. There is a small pond with water running nearby. A small playground on the other end. Plenty of area to walk around. There is even tables facing the pond. Very nice atmosphere. Just don’t get too concerned about the food as it’s fairly average. Fish was too oily and too much batter for such a small flesh of meat. Steak was overcooked and smothered in sauces. Scones was dense. And our hot tea (that was meant to be a companion with the scones) came out 10 minutes after the scones, which had become cold by then. But apart from that, it’s a really lovely spot to hangout."

"Such a beautiful place to visit and enjoy the relaxing scenery. Lots of beautiful spots to take photos. The dining area is cosy with heating available out in the patios. The food is generous though prices are on a higher end. The flavours are just standard pub food. Overall, I would come back for for tea and cakes then relax and enjoy the scenery, rather than for the pub food."

"This is a wonderful little spot nestled in the foothills of mount Nasura Easily found off Brookton Hwy It was well heated and cozy The outside seating area is gorgeous with a stream running through the garden area and great for photos if celebrating an event Accommodation is available and although your senses make you feel your away from suburban life your actually still quite close The atmosphere is inviting service is great and food is as you would wish No complaints here FYI you do have to order meals at the counter if your wondering why service is taking a while however in general the staff are attentive"

"Stepped into Avocados for breakfast, and we were warmly greeted and shown to a table out on the deck, Kira and Marlene cranked the outside heating for us - and what a lovely welcome it was! Breakfast was delicious, well presented and of large portions - value for your buck and the menu options are ample (including a delicious array of meals for lunch/dinner service). Vegetarian’s would appreciate it here, there is plenty to choose from - the avocado’s are grown on site and they are like no other i have had, robust and creamy! Though it was rather peaceful having brekky here, it was quite relaxing amongst the greens and the set up of the restaurant is just lovely - really tidy too and inviting being by a beautiful lake/large pond. Loved the atmosphere. You may have to expect that lunch and dinner service will be much busier but with the area being large, there is plenty of room to move around, including an area that has a great set up for children to play amongst. Thanks for the really lovely service Marlene and Kira, delicious meals and beautiful avocados! Highly recommend the visit!"
