"Really disappointed. Booked a slot for 3-5pm, showed up along with a trusted mechanic to help tune the car, to be told he thought I booked for the morning, couldn't tell me when nor look me in the eye. I then asked him if they had my phone number knowing full well they did. Was then scrambling to make the story more. Didn't seem concerned or bothered by it. Was making up stories as he went. Done nothing but put me further back from where I was. Sometimes you have to own your mistakes, clearly these guys don't. They already had someone on the dyno so you can clearly see they've double booked. Do not recommend."

"I just purchased and installed bonnet struts and tailgate strut onto my new Ford Ranger Raptor Next Gen. Whoever is designed those is an absolute genius!!!!!!! The installation was incredibly easy, all hardware supplied so as all the visual instructions. It took no time to do it and it looks very professional and like part of the original design. You would never tell that this is an after market addition. Well done guys at BPT Motorsport. I would not recommend any other product ( even some of them are lot cheaper ), just but these one from BPT Motorsport and you will know what I mean. "Brilliant, Outstanding, these are the words you use when talking about BPT, They have modified all 3 of my Fords, my regular drive is a 2018 Ford Ranger manual (brought new ) which BPT modified at 15,000ks and still going strong at 110,000k's, apart from the extra power and torque the impressive part is the fuel economy first 15,000 10.4 - 11.9 litres per 100k's and as high as 13.8 litres per 100k's on a country run, now hovers around 8.1 - 8.9 litres per 100k's. I understand it is a business but they are genuinely passionate about what they do and I highly recommend you drop in and chat to them, Terry is always happy to help. Thanks"

"Paid $250 for a module then paid $1100 for the tunes but had dramas with them, was told to go into ford and have the cars software updated so that the tunes would work properly with the car. I booked the car in with ford which was a couple of weeks wait before I could get it in and a 45minute to an hour drive from my place. I took the day off work and left the car with ford for a hole day to get it back and the tunes still didn’t work with the car. Barry told me to take it back in which I never did because I got to the point where I was sick of going back and fourth and having to take a day off work here and there as I work 6 days a week so I kindly asked for a refund or at least something back but apparently now it’s been to long so he won’t offer me any money back. So that’s $1350 literally thrown down the drain."
