"Gave it to these guys to do an egr clean (full intake removal) and add a blanking plate and catch can. They said I would have pictures of the manifold and clean that was done, but never sent pictures. Had fault codes come up on the car and recently found they cracked the egr sensor. That cost me another $350 to fix by Toyota. I'm still not convinced the clean was done properly."

Fuel Pressure Valve turned out to be faulty, caused a bit of a drama but once I got through to Mike he sorted the matter in exactly the way I was hoping without making excuses or messing me around"
"Dealing with Diesel Talk was a completely disappointing experience as it lacked any professionalism or integrity. Found an injector pump I was looking for on the Diesel Talk website. Had contacted Mike to confirm price and availability prior to ordering. Everything seemed great on the phone. Was assured price was correct and that stock was no issue as he could get one in within a couple of days if he didn't have one on hand. Ordered online following day and received an automated email confirming the order. Two weeks later, having received no product nor any correspondence I've requested an update on the ETA. Three days later I received a refund without any further contact or explanation. A few days later I checked the website again and found that the price for the pump had almost doubled. What aggravates me the most is that a simple call or email explaining the situation (basic customer service) would have been sufficient to prevent this negative review. This was a total waste of time. A subsequent search of the ASIC website has revealed that Diesel Talk is run by another company called Euro Car Parts Australia with it's own website. They both share the same phone numbers. Euro Car Parts Australia also operates via eBAY. Save yourself a hassle and take your business elsewhere."
