"Unfortunately the young man who checked us in was extremely rude when we arrived even rolling his eyes at us. When 1 off our group asked for some coffee on the 2nd day he was told the motel had run out, then 1 of us asked for milk as there was none in the room to be told there was also none. However when we were walking past reception someone asked the young girl who went to a room and got both coffee and milk for the guest. Quite disapointing to be treated like that or he is just super sad and lazy. PILLOWS WERE VERY HIGH AND EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE THEY DIDNT CARE LESS"
"Room-comfortable and huge Space with all the closet and toiletries made available. The balcony was a bonus for Coffee or catch the morning sun. Wifi-fast internet connection. Customer Service- excellent! Location- wonderful coz we are just few blocks away from the Central Market and Chinatown. Our favorite resto is the BBQ City Restaurant and the yummy gelato at 48 Flavors. Only down side, reception is not 24hrs"
"Pretty good accommodation for the price. Nice spacious rooms with balcony and great views. Aircon is a bit loud and bed was 7/10 comfortable. Don’t look at the previous reviews they are all poor because written during COVID mandatory hotel isolation."
"I live in an apartment across from the hotel where their bright signage shines into. A previous manager kindly turned it off when I emailed. Then after two years it’s on a again. When I phoned, the new manager said to email my complaint. I did a number of times and never hear back. Given I live in a small apartment, if I have relatives over this would have been a very close and convenient location. However given I had no communication this will be the last place I would recommend."
"Fantastic accommodation with a gorgeous balcony view. The balcony that is connected to the rooms is what people like the most. Quiet area, some distance from Rundle Mall. Going to a restaurant might be difficult if you don't have any means of transportation."
