"Very poor customer service skills when I entered the store the female shop assistant was far too concerned about the stock on the floor I was literally ignored she was too busy answering a phone call and taking her time with my refund - very self absorbed but on the other hand the Asian guy the week before did a stirling job looking after a female customer!!"
