"Hi l would like to give praise to Shirley at the west lakes store. I was in there with two friends on Sunday the 9th it was quite busy and she was on her own as the other assistant was on a brake. Shirley was serving a customer ,but she acknowledged everyone who came into the store and that doesn’t happen very often these days so my friends and I would like to say thank you Shirley for the acknowledgment and great service. "Require better training. Walked in at 428pm and told basically that I had 2 minutes to buy shoes as they were closing. Find better staff."
"Shop lady with red hair rather condescending and pushy in sales. Tried a pair of shoes and was pushed to buy them and when told will give them a kiss a they were not suitable, the rudest sigh & daggers were given. NEVER will I return….even if I was possibly going to come back for the shoes."
