"I initially contacted Smartfix to arrange a service. To my pleasant surprise they were able to arrange one for the same day. Ryan arrived promptly within the time provided by the SMS. Unfortunately, my AC unit had reached the end of its life. Ryan was able to provide me with a quote on the spot for a replacement and book it in. This was Friday, on Monday morning Jarrad and Andy from Smartfix had arrived and were replacing my old unit with a brand new one. The service was fast, and Jarrad and Andy took great care to tidy up after themselves and take everything (including the old unit) away. Jarrad took the time to explain the new unit to me, and answered all my questions. Very satisfied with the service and would recommend Smartfix to anyone who asks."

"I purchased 2 aircons through Smartfix. One aircon was faulty from day one !! Hot snd cold air from either side of the unit. And various problems such as noise, unit turning itself off at will, warming the room unevenly 28 degrees on one side and 18 deg 2 metres away, 2 hours to warm the room etc. Smartfix have offered to replace it - but at my expense ! They also offered to change the location , then withdrew the offer the following with no explanation for changing their minds. * They have asked me to give them a better review and increase the stars in return for fixing the aircon unit - which is brand new and under manufacturer’s warrantee. I have offered to improve the review if and when the problems are resolved. Not before. ACCC is now involved and I am seeking legal advice to resolve this matter."

"Smartfix Electrical are bloody awesome! I would highly recommend them to anyone. I needed a new set of power points and a data point installed very quickly as it would have held up my NBN fiber install. They had someone out the same day to arrange a quote, and the technician actually highlighted that the switchboard was in desperate need of an upgrade (it was very out-of-date). I did have some trepidation about the cost of a full upgrade however I was offered some very good pricing options to do part or all of the work. I then opted for the full upgrade as it would ultimately be better protection for the whole house and any electrical devices. We booked it in for the following week (about 4-5 days later). On the day, the team arrived on time (early morning) and the whole install was completed by about midday (which included them needing roof access). This included installation of 4 power points, a data point and an entire switchboard upgrade and earthing rod replacement. I honestly thought they'd take all day. They offered digital payment, and showed me through all of the work which was completed with absolute professionalism. Since then my NBN fiber install was completed and I have not had a single issue. So if I need any other work done in future I'll definitely be contacting these guys."
