The Reformer classes are the best, lots of classes during the day, the gym section is very clean, the shower/ change area is amazing, the massage chairs are just great for relaxing and I love their herbal teas in the mornings. "There is always a very welcoming, relaxed, pleasant positive friendly atmosphere here. The massage chairs are my favorite as they stretch you and are heated too. There is free sauna, spray deodorant, hairspray, tampons and a sauna and creche for babies. Lots of classes and great views of Capalaba intersection lol. Its not an overly large gym but I like the 2 levels and easy access to the undercover gym. Showers cleaned regularly. This gym has the best overall vibe. Free coffee machine and snacks. Makes you feel like part of there family not just a gym."
