"Had a terrible experience. I don’t recommend them at all. The Counselor I had an appointment with not only didn’t show up to our online meeting, he didn’t even bother to contact me and apologise. He didn’t answer my call, my email, messages when I was trying to find out what has happened that he didn’t show up and see if he can make another appointment. Shockingly, he answered his phone when I called him using my husband number! So disappointing."
