"Exceptional ! We have moved a distance away from here but continue to come back for our three year old and myself because of the level of care that each and every dr there provides. Dr Primo has the biggest heart and when I rushed my son in for a split chin, they waited for us on a late Friday afternoon and he showed my son incredible care and followed up the next day so see how he was. Dr Lina, Dr Adam and Dr Leonie also are everything you could want in a GP. Happy to travel from Heidleberg area to them because they care and know us."

"We have been seeing doctor Lina and she is very help full most of the time. However, on the other hand they are prioritizing business over their patients. My wife had an iron infusion and the nurse told us to speak with me if you feel un well after this. My wife had a fever for 2 days and when I call at the reception, Silvana rudely spoken with us that you have to book an appointment in order to speak with a nurse. She simply mean to pay us more. On another occasion, there were few x-rays and ultrasounds done and we have already discussed them with Dr. Lina. Now when we want our test results, the receptionist is again asking us to book an appointment. This is so frustrating to keep paying money what you have already discussed. We have been visiting this clinic almost every week and I am so disappointed now. As long as you are paying money they good with you. Please be careful and always get your test results."
