"The time taken by Apex to furnish the quote on my vehicle to my insurance company was excessive I had to phone Apex to ask if there was a problem..they replied that the insurance coy hadn't notified them. BUT my insurance coy said they had not received the quote from Apex!!!???. I then received a call from insurance the next day to affirm they had received the quote. All this took 3 weeks and upon approval Apex informed me that I could be booked in at THE END OF MAY!! Not satisfactory at all I don't expect immediate repairs but really..two plus months."
