"Ok I got plenty of money/ income , wanted a $28K car loan so i can use the cash for some shares later in the year. Took months of nitpicking and document after document at least 15 all the while i did not have a car. Its not customer service fault who were decent but the people who behind the scenes set these bureaucratic policies . Gave up after another delay and paid cash. Stay away."
"dreadful to deal with, was approved and advised to proceed with the car purchase and to seek tax invoice from a dealer, then was advised the loan was declined, not only wasted my time but the dealer's time. will defiantly not be recommending Loans to anybody I know. Complete waste of time!"
"Started off great with competitive interest rate, now after a year there are many other better options. Rate is now equal to or worse than others. This variable rate car loan they sell is rubbish. Beware."
