Welcome to A Mano Cafe, located at 5 Cracknell Road, Annerley in Australia. In Italian, "A Mano" means "by hand", and that's exactly how we do things here. Our family-run Brisbane Italian café is a labor of love, serving up delicious coffee, authentic Italian sweets, and a variety of breakfast and lunch options.
When it comes to our Italian sweets, we take pride in baking them fresh on-premises using traditional family recipes passed down through generations. From classic cannoli (available in chocolate, vanilla, and our personal favorite, ricotta) to Pasta Di Mandorla, Sfogliatelle, and our unique take on the humble vanilla slice, every bite is a taste of Italy.

"I ordered some trays of A Manos amazing vanilla slice to have for the celebration after my mother's funeral as it was her favourite. Gabriella was so friendly and helpful and the slice was absolutely amazing. It was gone within seconds. What a wonderful cafe owned by the most beautiful people."
"A small cafe which does a decent coffee. A few seats outside on pavement & some inside. It's a popular place for takeaway coffee & even if you choose to have it there It's still served in takeaway cups. Pleasant service"
"Visit over the long weekend and enjoyed a coffee and sneaky bite to eat with my partner. We got the meatbal sub and the breaky burrito and both were so insanely delicious! Our coffees were good and the staff were so friendly. I have been a few times before to grab coffee and a some of their treats, which have always been a big hit when i take them to picnics. Will definitely be back again!"
"Dropped in for a quick look-see and picked up a ricotta-filled sfogliatella to enjoy as a pre-lunch snack. Not much in the way of seating available so ended up eating it in the car. Nice to try something less familiar to my palate and I’ll have to explore more of the offerings another time."
