"Just been to this centre for a 05:20 appointment. Reached there by 05:26 for an eye checkup for my 3 year old. Lady in the reception said they would have accepted if we were there by 05:25 but as we were late by an extra minute, the lady said she cannot take the appointment. They were just chatting and no customers were waiting too. Such a poor customer service."
"I normally don’t have an issue, but this time I picked up my new glasses one set wasn’t even the pair I ordered. So frustrating as again had to wait to get them to re order."
"Worst experience ever. They confirmed the booking time and when I show up exactly on that time they say that the appointment was 15 minutes before. I took a day off from work and they did not seem to accommodate that as a consideration. No proper booking system where they send a message with your appointment whatsoever. Apparently the Optometrist was too busy to book me in. Have been to so many other Specsavers in the past and this has been the worst experience ever. Avoid going to this one if you can!"
