"Went in about 11 am 14 June. Only one staff on. Even though the store was clean and tidy, She still kept herself busy stocking and acknowledging every customer who walked through and asked if any help was needed. Great customer service. Every other time i walk in this store, staff are standing around not doing their jobs. Felt good actually getting some service."

"Worst customer service on 16/03/23 Thursday night 7pm to 9pm in Pacific Werribee. The girls there have no knowledge of afterpay and no customer experience on how to talk to them. One was fairly new but the other shouldve known how to refund with afterpay. It's the blind leading the blind.. I went to Highpoint store the next day about 1.30pm and Hannah was a delight, she helped within minutes. I got the size I needed and left happy. Unlike Werribee store. Train the staff at Werribee better!"
