"A little wishy washy. Sometimes great friendly staff and other times not. What annoys me the most about Decjuba in general is this- 1. The returns system when you buy online, super annoying. 2. No bust measurements on the garments online, instead you ge length (wow big deal). Isnt chest an absolute important measurement when buying online? For me they are still needing to do alot of work on their overall brand, by way of customer satisfaction. And if I cant buy online without significant annoyances then Im taking my business elsewhere. Please up your game with the onlines returning system (let us return in store for a refund) and measurements online really should be better."
