"Very disappointed. They're always running late for over 30 minutes EVERYTIME. Secondly, there is no communication network the doctors and the staff for the patient visits. This is my second visit in this regard and in both the visits, I'm ripped off the GP fee for the consultation literally being 'Oh she's not due for the immunisation". Wish the nurse who mentioned to me that she is due (and book an appointment ASAP) had consulted the case with the doctor firsttttt and this wouldn't have happened again..."
"Extremely concerned about the clinic hygiene. Today was my 5th visit to this surgery and whenever I use the toilets in the surgery never found a toilet tissue, hand towel/ hand dryer and hand wash. I would say the surgery is just promoting the infectious diseases I am extremely disappointed."
