"Recharge Wellness is easily accessible and provides a large roster of professionals to help a wide range of people. Their ability to streamline the entire process has made it less intimidating to reach out and ask for help. The option for a video call or phone call allows clients to access healthcare no matter where they are. I was matched with Mary and assured that if we weren’t the best fit that a change could be made. I’ve only had two sessions so far, but she’s been fantastic. As someone who has seen multiple therapists over the years, Recharge Wellness is definitely a place I would recommend to anybody seeking support. "From the start my experience with Recharge Wellness has been nothing short of amazing. The receptionist I spoke to organise an appointment was very kind and empathetic. My appointment was with Bianca and she was nothing short of amazing. I've had a few bad experiences in the past with counselling so I was a bit nervous about doing it again. But Bianca was very warm and welcoming from the beginning. She let me say anything and everything I needed to and listened to it all. I couldn't recommend her and the team enough already."
