"The initial wait (for the phone menu to appear) was a little inconvenience. However, the reps on the other side were very helpful at finding the stocked item. Again, the requirement to make an appointment and wait at the reception area just to purchase an item was an inconvenience. However, the rep behind the counter was very helpful and polite."
"Placed orders and the one that didn't arrive has taken over 2 months to still not arrive. $265 spent. Have asked for a refund and now waiting for that. They seemed nice and genuine at the start but it's gone abysmally poor now and I've run out of patience dealing with them. Have also contact the ACCC about this as this is beyond ridiculous. Just pick up the thing and put the thing in the post. Every other order online works like this and has worked like this before so I'm stumped why they would fall over this 1 item and risk reputation and customer satisfaction/loyalty over such a small issue. Must not care anymore, and now neither do I. Will update review as I wait for refund."
"Absolutely no care factor and customer service! No comms and call back's after commitments are made, I have relied on them to send the appliance for my travel and had to go through the many follow's to find out the parcel was never sent and sitting at their warehouse! very appalled and dont recommend them! I wish I had seen the reviews before hand, as it is same issues all along everyone is facing."
