"Driver tried to charge 50$ to go from Wynyard to Redfern licence plate T421. (Uber price 13$) 2am 19/05 So I ended up waiting 3 mins for that Uber. The driver reclined in his seat and continued to play games on the road. An absolute disgrace to Sydney’s nightlife. Shameful."
"Worst drivers ever....cab no 2848 pulled out of the bus lane without any warning for me unfortunately, the position of our cars put his indicator in the blind spot on my convertible....and that certainly means the was not the car length between us required by the driving laws of New South Wales & he nearly smashed the bumper & left hand light of my car this evening travelling on Mascot Rd....I had to slam on the brakes to avoid him"
"Rainy night in Sydney - Had a True Blue cab driver (T9576) throw me out of his cab after deeming my fare to be too short. I even offered to double the fare and was still refused. This is why you are losing customers to Uber..!"
"If I could give no stars I would. It was atrocious the behaviour of taxis from this cab company last night and many other cab companies I might add. After leaving the grand final there were hundreds of people trying to catch taxis, we were all told it would cost us a minimum of over $100 even thought it was only a $50 fare. They wouldn’t accept us unless we accepted to pay whatever cash deal they wanted. It ranged from $110 up to $140. It was a joke. We got into an argument with cab 773 after he laughed at us and told us oh well good luck finding an Uber when we said we weren’t paying the ridiculous fee he wanted. So we walked for nearly 20min just so we could catch an Uber instead. I would have walked the entire way home instead of getting into cab 773 he was disgraceful, rude and arrogant and it was no surprise last night that so many cabs were lined up without a single fare."
"Drivers of several cabs from this company tried to rip customers off by suggesting the longest way to their destination. License number GX 3332 from number plate T9584 told me to get out of the cab once I told him to use a shorter route. Unprofessional drivers who pickup select customers."
