"Just went into Erina bra n things. So I'm a male looking for a present for my partner. Was in there for 10 mins and despite being about the only person in the store I did not get one person with any interest in helping. The staff would go out of their way to avoid helping. It may be a different experience if your not male but seriously, guys don't even bother. 1 star is the lowest review I can give and I think it's more than they deserve."
"Very bad experience at this store. The staff was very pushy. Constantly asking from outside when I was in trial room if the size was ok.I wanted to take my own time. And finally when I made my choice, I asked them if it's available in different colour, I was surprised that they told me to look in a next door store or find it in Bonds. I mean seriously, what sort of attitude is that? If you don't have that colour just say we don't have it, don't tell me to go and check in other stores. I found it very insulting. Finally, I walked out without buying anything, although I wanted to buy what I liked, but their attitude was very bad. I wouldn't go in this store again. This was my first time in bras n things. I wonder how's their customer service in other stores. But definitely a big NO to this store."
