"Went in Thursday midday to look at shoes for my daughter. My daughter loved the shoes, but that's about it. Let's just say you can always tell when a sales assistant hates their job/can't be bothered with you/doesn't want to be there when they don't smile and they're abrupt nor make any effort to understand what you're after. The assistant seemed to have an attitude which wasn't friendly. A smile costs nothing but makes the shopping experience worthwhile. I won't be going there again."
"There is something terribly wrong with Skerchers shop in westfield burwood. Went in last Thursday to buy picked up a shoe to ask the Assistant if they had size 7, before I even reached the counter she said that's all we have what's there is it. What incredible customer service is this. This is the second time it has happened. What is the point of having this shop open if you don't have size 7 all they have is size 11 and 10 in the women's size. Same result at Skerchers DFO. last resort I will try Macquarie centre if the same result might have to buy others"

"Wow... What patient staff they were... I'd taken my elderly friend to try Skechers as an alternative to the poor fitting shoes she struggled around in. Fantastic result.... The very patient female staff member had no hesitation in selecting a wide range of very suitable products. End result.... Four pairs of shoes purchased. Two pair were available in store and the other pairs were ordered and delivered next day. We both appreciated the second to none service....."
