"The customer service at Dotti Buwood Westfield by the girl with short red haired wearing glasses(name was Shoilee on the receipt) is the worst. She needs to be taught how to behave respectfully with the customers. She is the rudest person working in customer service. Shoilee, if you are reading this, here’s an advice, don’t give your attitude while serving your customers and stop with your backbitings. We all can hear you well in the store. Please train her properly."

"Very bad experience with the costumer service. Staff was checking us on a changing room more than three times making us very uncomfortable. Also, backbiting about us as we were taking more than five clothes in a trial room and left it outside as they won’t fit for us. Behaving like they have to do hard work to fold and tidy up a clothes. Very unprofessional and made us felt like we are taking clothes without paying. PS we bought 8 clothes from the shop though. Not going there anymore."
