The day before my appointment I got a call from them to say that they had to cancel my appointment because the doctor wanted to leave work early. I understand these circumstances can arise, so I said that's fine and asked when the next available appointment would be. The girl on the phone told me the next available appointment was on the 5th May (over a months wait). I asked if there was any way I could be seen earlier as I had already waited months for this appointment, which they cancelled on me. The girl told me I would be put on the general wait list and there was nothing else she could do. Very disappointing as I have waiting months for nothing."
