"Vietnamese lady (the one all the other complaints are about) stole visa document that we were getting certified and held it for ransom, refusing to return it unless we paid double the price. When we refused, she tried to scribble over the form so that it would be invalid and we would have to start again. Thankfully another pharmacist took our document back off her and gave it back to us. How is this even legal? Edit: They DEFINITELY remember this. Bunch of liars, too."

"Misinformation given from the Vietnamese lady. (I asked for pseudoephedrine and Telfast for nose congestion and allergies and she said it is not for that symptoms). Furthermore, no privacy was given while asking for private and confidential information."
"I am surprised that the store review is so low because I have visited this store many times this year and the customer service has been great, so much better than any other pharmacy I have been to. I have got my mum and dad both received multiple vaccinations there and the staff given shots there have been very polite and gentle, and professional to us. Once I got the date wrong and visited a day earlier for a vaccination and they were really nice and changed my booking on the spot. At least so far I have only got good things to say about their outstanding service."
